       - User group activation

Year 2 - 2007-8

Year 2 harnesses the challenges and outcomes of Year 1 to address more practical issues, focussing mainly on the requirements of public authorities through user group consultation, good practice sharing, genericity of R4eGov case study software demonstrators,  and development of training and professional development toolkits.

       - Development of proposed innovative professional development programme for European member states’ consular staff informed by R4eGov

Year 3 - 2008-9

The aims here are to deploy the results among a wide range of public adminstrations, to inform and consult with major organisations shaping policy, priorities and practice in European eGovernment interoperability so that R4eGov achieves sustainable and useable tools and templates which inform and shape interoperability and security at scale, with results which endure.

       - Stakeholder groups and Alliances developed to trial R4eGov software demonstrators
       - Proposed launch of new European professional development programme during French Presidency
